The best iPod Nano watch design I’ve seen yet.
These look great but I’d never buy one unless the Nano had bluetooth support.  You’ll never catch me with a cable from my wrist to my ears.
If Apple went ahead and found a way to add bluetooth I think they could sell a lot more of these.

In a few years, we may see bluetooth enabled pills.  

Giant Swiss pharmaceutical company Novartis AG, based in Basel, is developing a pill containing an embedded microchip, which it hopes to submit for regulatory approval in Europe within 18 months. The chip is activated by the stomach acid, and transmits information to a patch attached to the patient’s skin, which then sends it on to a doctor via the Internet or a smartphone.

In my opinion, something like this should be easier to get approval than some of the awful drugs that have a LONG list of side effects that are pushed down peoples throats by doctors every day.  
Regardless, this could have a HUGE impact on medicine.  GO TECHNOLOGY!
